Spelthorne Wellbeing Space
Our Wellbeing Space is a local hub, offering support for those experiencing challenges and in need of mental health support, including providing strategies to help cope in the moment, a range of activities free of charge, along with resources to take away and connecting you with practical local services.
You will be greeted by our friendly staff who will always be there to listen to you and help you get the support you need. This might include strategies to help you cope in the moment, a range of activities we provide free of charge, resources to take away or connecting you with practical local services.
We offer a range of drop ins, face to face appointments, telephone calls and video-conference support.
We may also directly refer to other agencies for wider support.
Who is this service for?
Anyone who feels they are in need of mental health support, including carers.
Eligibility:
Get in touch if you are:
- 18 or over
- Live in, or access a GP in Spelthorne
- Seeking mental health & wellbeing advice/support
Exclusion:
- Under 18s
- Under the influence of substances
When:
This service operates Mon-Fri 12:00 to 19:00
- 12:00-16:00: drop-ins
- 16:00-18:00: planned appointments
