Mental Health Crisis Support in West London
Are you struggling? Experiencing stress? Had a life changing event?
Safe Space is a local hub for anyone who feels they are nearing crisis point, including carers.
You will be greeted by our friendly staff who are there to listen to you and help you get the support you need.
This might include strategies to help you cope in the moment, a range of activities we provide free of charge, resources to take away, or connecting you with practical local services. We may also directly refer you to other agencies for wider support. We offer face to face, telephone and video-call support.
Our Safe Space’s are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Drop into our Safe Space’s between 3pm – 7pm, or you can make an appointment to see us between 7pm – 10:30pm. We also offer telephone or video conferencing appointments if you are unable to come in person. Our Phonelines are open from Midday – 10:30pm.
We also have Safe Space services active in A&E Departments across our boroughs, so if you attend hospital there will be a trained mental health professional able to see you and provide appropriate support.
