Our Impact
The lived experience of people with mental health problems is at the heart of everything we say and do.
We’re a specialist mental health provider and part of the Mind Federation. We provide support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.
We campaign to improve services and are committed to empowering local residents, promoting wellbeing and supporting recovery.
We work to transform understanding of mental health in the workplace, in schools and public services.
We do this by providing a range of services that are empowering, recovery focused and preventative.

Children and Young People’s Services’ Q1 Impact:
Our service saw a 50% improvement in how young people rated their anxiety and depression
In Q1 we reached 2449 people through our Children and Young People’s Services
“I feel the intervention was very carefully tailored to my child’s needs. It provided me with practical, hands on strategies I could easily use at home. Also, the duration of the intervention and structure of the sessions i.e. clear goals and self evaluation as well as in depth discussions about what happened during the week meant I felt supported all the way through.”

Children and Young People’s Services’ Q2 Impact:
In Q2, we reached 1683 people through our Children and Young People’s Services
